1800 011 511 – Mental Health Access Line. Get in touch with local mental health services about a person at risk of harm 


13 11 14 – Lifeline. Telephone counselling for the cost of a local call, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.


Lifeline Online Crisis Support Chat from 7.00pm-4.00am, 7 days per week


1300 659 467 – Suicide Callback Service. Telephone counselling for the cost of a local call, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.


1800 55 1800 – Kids Help Line. Free telephone counselling service for young people aged from 5-25 years.
