Stephanie's initial workplace experience was in the private sector in Human Resources management and consultancy giving her insight into workplace issues such as burnout, work performance issues, and workplace conflict. She has 10 years experience in mental health services working with families and individuals with mental health issues and physical disabilities. In private practice, Stephanie utilises her varied experience to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment for clients, encountering a range of issues.


Utilising a variety of evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and EMDR, Stephanie aims to assist clients in building on their strengths and abilities to take an active role in creating positive change in their own lives. 


Stephanie is a full member of the Australian Association of Psychologists and registered with the Psychology Board of Australia.
